RemedyEHR's Microsoft Silverlight Requirements:

The new Encounters will require you to install Microsoft Silverlight (a free download similar to Adobe Flash Player) on your office computer(s).

  • The system will prompt you to download and install Microsoft Silverlight the first time you access the new Encounter screen. Or download HERE.
  • RemedyEHR recommends that you speak to your internal IT department now to ensure that installation of Microsoft Silverlight will not be a problem for your organization.
Microsoft Silverlight, and RemedyEHR's new Encounters require:
  • Modern Processor of at least 2GHz
  • 1 GB RAM (2 GB for Windows Vista)
  • Firefox version 3 or Internet Explorer 7 or 8
  • Broadband internet connection (1.5 Mbps or faster)
Microsoft Silverlight, and RemedyEHR's new Encounters work best with:
  • Dual core processor of at least 2 GHz
  • 2 GB RAM (3 GB for Windows Vista)
  • Firefox 3 or Internet Explorer 8
  • 5 Mbps or broadband internet connection
